As a Trainee Engineer, I was responsible for assisting in finalizing Weld Shop layout, equipment specifications and ensuring production facility readiness. During this tenure I was involved in the following activities;
Coordination with KMC overseas manufacturing team for Body Shop layout and equipment design
Study of required equipment, together with auxiliary
Benchmarking visit of KIA, THACO Plant for detailed study of process flow, equipment specification and production
Management and supervision of construction related activities at KLM plant site
Finalization of utilities requirements for Body Shop in accordance with layout and equipment specifications

Planning and designing of parts’ placement layout and supply routes, in conjunction with plant logistics team

I had a chance to work in newly established company which introduced me to proper sales strategy from planning to door to door sales and marketing in tech fairs expos. Moreover MR. Robert Andrew the GM LBS lubrication gave us 4 days sales training and conducted seminars with clients in Lahore and Islamabad.
